SolidWorks for Architectural Component Design

Precision CAD for bespoke architectural elements — balustrades, wall panel systems, reception desks, retail fixtures, feature ceilings, and modular architectural systems. Large assembly management, installation drawings, and fabrication coordination.

About This Course

This advanced course covers precision CAD for bespoke architectural elements — balustrades, wall panel systems, reception desks, retail fixtures, feature ceilings, and modular architectural systems. Each is approached as a buildable, installable component rather than a visualisation.

You learn large assembly management techniques that keep complex, multi-part systems organised and performant, and how to produce installation drawings that the site team can actually work from.

Throughout, the course emphasises fabrication coordination — making sure the CAD model, the drawings, and the workshop stay aligned from design through to install.

Level Advanced Audience Millwork companies, architectural fabricators, exhibition builders Status Planned
